Pay with your Visa, Mastercard or Switch using our online form. Send us your completed order and we will send you a URL to input your card details. Please read this pop-up about Credit and Debit Card Payments. Pay by personal cheque, banker's cheque or postal order. Cheques only accepted from UK banks in pounds sterling. Pay by cash. You can post us cash at your own risk. We do not reccomened this payment option.

We Deliver National and International We offer a next day delivery service on all orders and can also deliver on weekends at an extra cost Note: Goods will not be sent till payment is received in full. Warranty No warranty is available. Items are supplied 'as is' and come with no guarantee unless stated. Fitting these parts to you car may void it's warranty. Aerokit accepts no liability for damage to your car caused by any of these parts. Returns Goods must be inspected upon arrival. If there is any indication of damage the package must be rejected and Aerokit notified immediately. No returns unless goods found to be faulty or dont fit your car through our error (ie, if we send the wrong part to you). If you order the wrong part for your car then no return is accepted. Ensure you order the correct part. If the part sent to you is the wrong part because of our error or if the part is damaged when delivered we can offer a refund, replacement or credit. Returns will only be accepted if goods are in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Postage/shipping will not be refunded unless stated

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which we need to charge to offset the cost of our order processing. All claims for returns must be made on the day of receiving the product. No late returns or claims. Any insurance claims will take up to 30 days to be completed. There are NO EXEPTIONS on these terms. By purchasing any item from Aerokit you agree to these specific terms.

Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Body Kits Body kit installation should only be performed by a qualified professional with experience installing custom fibreglass body kits who are listed in our authorised fitter list. Some body kits may require modification for proper fitment. Sanding, filling, and other pre-painting preparation may also be necessary. Be sure to pre-fit all body kits before painting. Some body kits are intended for off-road/show/race use only and may require altering or removing factory bumper reinforcements. The buyer fully understands the risks associated with such modifications and will not hold Aerokit responsible for any damages resulting from the use of these products.

Aerokit DOES NOT guarantee delivery times and cannot be held liable for any costs incurred for storage of a vehicle at a body shop, or for any delay in the delivery. Please do not put your car in a body shop until you receive your body kit. Product Terms These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aerokit website (aerokit.eu Site) and your relationship with aerokit.co.uk (aerokit , we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the aerokit.co.uk Site.

Please note that to use any of the services provided on the aerokit.eu Site, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.

Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

11. Fitment Guarantee. We offer this guarantee only if the parts are fitted by a Aerokit approved bodyshop or by Aerokit. For a list of approved bodyshops please see our approved fitter list.

12. Advertising and Sponsorship Part of the aerokit.eu Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the aerokit.eu Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

13. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

14. International Use aerokit.eu makes no promise that materials on the aerokit.eu Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the aerokit.eu Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

16. Any special offers or discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and are not valid on ebay listings. Any discounts are only valid against website prices.
